Our approach is to start end-user adoption as early as possible in the project lifecycle – even from discovery onwards; understanding user concerns helps drive adoption. We believe that early engagement offers users clarity in respect of what’s changing and how. Likewise, it offers the organisation an opportunity to outline what’s in it for their users and helps them feel part of the process. We believe that a user engaged early, and kept updated throughout, is much more likely to adopt the change your organisation is investing in.
